Hemorrhoids, for those that don't know, are actually swollen or inflamed veins in your anal canal. They can be caused from a number of stress related actions such as heavy lifting, pregnancy, constipation, etc. Hemorrhoids are also categorized into 2 categories: internal and external hemorrhoids - both of which can be treated with creams and ointments (just check the product to make sure).
